Lamar is a passionate, dedicated, and adaptive change agent working to improve outcomes in child welfare and beyond.
With a bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and an Associate of Science in Business Management, Lamar is able to leverage his personal lived experience to provide support and development to teams through a relational approach to change. Lamar is passionate about supporting religious institutions, nonprofit, for profit, and government organizations through coaching, consulting, professional speaking, event management, and team building.
